Over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality (Singapore Airlines, Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore, The Sheraton Towers, Marina Mandarin Singapore and Batam View Resort, Indonesia); Food & Beverages (Restaurant Ownership and Operations); Retail and Food Service Sales (Seafood Supply and Distribution) and Learning & Development arenas. Held executive positions as Food & Beverage Manager and Director of Catering.

Learner focused - engaging and inclusive, people service oriented, versatile, charismatic, dynamic and with a unique sense of humor. A flare to deliver in warm, sincere and experiential manner to ensure every learner gained valuable and applicable learnings, feeling recharged and transformed with renewed energy, inspiration, motivation and success as well as improved skills to impact on result accomplishments.

Endowed with enterprising spirit, started up and managed food service and distribution businesses. These ventures provided a solid acquisition platform of priceless insights and skills in business and people management and development skills and strategies. Integrating the wealth of professional skills in leadership; customer relation; marketing; operations; interpersonal and, also personal life experiences, it enhanced and empowered learners to learn, experience and discover deeply through their inner strengths and values, and develop strategic plans in achieving their growth, happiness, wellness and fulfilment in living their highest life purpose, personally and professionally.

With keen social awareness and multi-linguistic ability in English, Mandarin, Malay and, major dialects, able to connect efficiently with individuals of diverse backgrounds. These were proven by the appointment to design and conduct the Singapore’s national initiated programs i.e. Employability Camp and Executive Workshops for the Workforce Development Agency (WDA), Employability and Employment Institute (E2i), and Community Development Councils (CDC). Has facilitated and coached more than 2000 individuals of a wide myriad of backgrounds – professional, managers and executives (PME) and operational levels; pre and post graduates, youths and students; ex-convicts; mentally and physically challenged; single parents and despondent individuals.

In 2013, Freddy’s unwavering dedication and earnest training efforts was recognized at the annual prestigious NTUC May Day Model Partnership Award ceremony, where he was conferred the Individual Category Award as an exemplary tripartite partner for his contribution to the transformation of Singapore’s economy through his trainings which has benefited the workforce.
